Chef Ramón Moreno's kitchen sends out generous sharing plates inspired by northern Mexican cooking-tuétanos with esquites, short rib barbacoa, salmón al cedro, and flautas de chamorro. The concept is built around communal eating, 2x1 cocktail promos, and a breezy terrace that catches the Masaryk wind. DJ sets Wednesday through Saturday add a social charge without drowning conversation.
